Fixed issue with Hosted Payment Page and SMS/Pay breaking when customer name contains non alphabetic characters

NEW - Cancellation button on Virtual Terminal. If you need to cancel a transaction in progress you can now click the orange "Cancel Transaction" button to return the terminal to a waiting state. The Cancel Transaction button appears as soon as the "Wake Terminal" button is pressed.

Terminal Pre-Check - Check to see if terminal is connected (on virtual terminal page) and show warning if terminal does not respond.

Begin removal of "Press to Continue/Green Button" screen on DVSSPIn terminals.

Adusted transaction time out. Customers were not given enough time which resulted in numerous transaction time-outs.
